Michael Hutner is a member of New York Angels since 2023. He was most recently the global head of a B2B fintech software organization that served asset managers, hedge funds and sell side banks. When he started the NY office for his last firm, they were at $7 million in annual revenue and 30 people in total at the organization. When Michael departed the firm (as the head of the organization) they were over $330 million in annual revenue and had more than 1,100 people across 12 offices spanning the globe. Over his 23-year career at that organization he helped the firm achieve multiple ownership structures with 2 private equity firms and one public company.
Prior to his fintech career, Michael worked at PwC in the Financial Advisory Services practice. He is a graduate of Boston College, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance.
