Brian Neer

Brian is the founder of Neer Venture Partners, which focuses on investments in early-stage companies with an emphasis on fintech. Previously Brian spent 30 years on Wall Street in trading and structuring, running a variety of global businesses spanning credit, derivatives, structured products, and financing. In 20+ years at Morgan Stanley, Brian held roles including global head of Derivatives and Structured Products, global head of XVA, global head of Structured Credit Products, head of European Credit Trading, as well as founding Cournot Capital (Credit Derivative Product Company). Brian is also the founder and co-owner of Florida Kickboxing Academy, a leading martial arts school in Florida which has produced nationally and globally ranked fighters. Brian holds an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from the Wharton School, and a BS in Finance from Rutgers College.
