Michael began his career in operational banking. He then started a small business lender in 1989, taking it public as CFO in 1992, eventually listing it on the NYSE and growing it to over $2billion in assets. Subsequently, he made a career shift into hospitality and entertainment. He started programming (coding) when he was 15.
