Gary Cohen is a Board Director and Global CEO renowned for driving growth and transformation in Fortune 500 brands such as Procter & Gamble, Gillette, Playtex, Energizer, and Timex.
As the former CEO of Wellspring Capital Management’s Qualitor Automotive, Gary spearheaded successful growth strategies for their consumer-facing wiper business and B2B brake hardware division, culminating in a strategic exit. Previously, he served as CEO of Timex and played a pivotal role in the Playtex Products sale to Energizer.
Throughout his career, Gary has expanded CPG brand footprints through organic growth, M&A, and global expansion, delivering significant synergies. He excels in building high-performing teams and fostering strategic partnerships, leveraging his marketing expertise to launch impactful multi- platform programs.
Additionally, Gary serves as a Board Director and investor in Fixe, a leading restaurant bookkeeping software enterprise.
Gary holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BA in Economics from Brandeis University.
