A compassionate executive, Endri Tolka maintains a proven track record of delivering data and analysis-driven decisions and strategies for start-ups, scale-ups and M&A. Endri recently served as Co-founder, Board Member, CFO/COO at YouVisit, where he built a proprietary SaaS-based technology platform to enable deep user engagement and drive conversions through highly interactive 360° experiences across mobile, web and VR/AR.
During his tenure, he built and scaled different Go-to-Market functions (On-boarding, Client Success) and operational functions (Accounting, Finance, People Ops and Legal) while leading a team of 55. Endri drove 20% YOY revenue growth in 2019 while increasing EBITDA by 35% and increasing EBITDA margin to 17%. He also achieved a 110% CAGR from 2009-2019 by developing and executing financial strategies across the organization.
Endri speaks 4 languages and holds an MBA in Finance from New York University Stern School of Business and a B.A in Computer Science and Economics from Brandeis University. Endri is a member of New York Angels and volunteers as a mentor for Endeavor Miami and the NYU Stern Business Plan Competition.
