Alain is currently an advisor, board member and active investor in early stage companies, including cannabis and related industries. He has had extensive experience as an entrepreneur, CEO and CFO in startups, turn around situations and growth stage companies. Alain has been very involved in helping companies develop meaningful and time appropriate exits. Among other positions, Alain was the CEO of the Manischewitz Company and CoHead of Corporate Finance North America for BNPParibas.
