Adam focuses on the intersection of digital technology and financial services, combining technology expertise, business expertise with the practical realities of "getting things done.” He has substantial experience primarily as a management and strategy consultant. He is an active participant in Fintech related startups as an Advisor, Investor, and Board Member.
Professionally Adam was a Partner at Oliver Wyman focusing on strategy; before that a Partner at Deloitte Consulting managing their Capital Markets and Asset Management consulting businesses while advising on large-scale transformation; before that was the COO at an institutional asset manager, and before that a program manager at Goldman Sachs.
In addition to work roles, Adam has invested in and supported the financial services industry. He is on the Advisory Board for the Global Digital Asset & Cryptocurrency Association; is an author and member of the Future of Finance Working Group at the Bretton Woods Committee; and was a member of the Federal Reserve's Alternative Reference Rates Committee as well as the Canadian equivalent when they were active. He has spoken and led conferences on key industry topics or for client executives. He has an MBA from Columbia and a BS from MIT-Sloan.
