New York Angels is a group of diverse, active, engaged, and successful Angel investors that provide support—financial, mentoring, and network related—to early stage Founders and Startups, while also contributing to the understanding of Angel investing (early stage Venture) as an asset class and supporting the ongoing development of the early stage ecosystem.
New York Angels members are entrepreneurs, CEOs, venture capitalists and business leaders who have founded, funded, and built world-class companies.
We come from a wide array of industry expertise and together create an extensive network of entrepreneurial support. We mentor and coach the entrepreneurs in whom we invest, serve on their boards, provide contacts and assist with team building, strategic planning and financing.

Special Interest Groups (SIGs)
New York Angels is industry agnostic, however some members with aligned areas of interest have organized themselves to actively seek out companies in a specific industry. Currently, NYA has four SIGs: FinTech, Blockchain, Life Sciences, and the Israeli Investment Committee. If your company is in one of these areas, we will connect you to the appropriate SIG.
Internship Program
New York Angels has an internship program for “Future Angels” who get first-hand experience with early-stage investing. Each Future Angel typically has the opportunity to work on 6-10 NYA deals. There are several Future Angels cohorts each year. We recruit our Future Angels through the Insite Fellow Program.
